Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drivebase Cloud ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Drivebase Cloud lets you provision, deploy, and manage Drivebase instances. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may set technical limits such as the number of instances or resources available on a given plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing in and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- •Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- •Host or transmit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
- •Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
5. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data and configurations you store through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your instances and associated data may be deleted.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
